INTERNATIONAL VOICES
Casino Theatre collaborates with film institutes, cultural organizations and industry partners to present country specific showcases in Los Angeles.
Each showcase is developed in close collaboration with its partners and brings selected unproduced film and television projects to life through theatre and live performance before carefully curated audiences of Hollywood and international industry professionals. The productions create a unique meeting point for international writers, Los Angeles based actors and the industry professionals who shape the future of film and television.
In 2025, Casino Theatre presented its first international showcase in partnership with the Austrian Trade Commission and the Consulate General of Austria in Los Angeles. Five Austrian screenplays were performed live in English during AFM Week, introducing Austrian writers and their work to producers, executives and other industry professionals.
